    Hello all. I come to you because I have a small problem. I have only one PC (W7 / i5 / 8 gig of ram) Cubase 5. I create a template with five VEP. Each VEP has a register name (String, Brass, Choir, etc.). For the record I Viframe the mframe and I save my template cubase and I farm, then in trying to open it I can not find my VEP records with names but with a VEP .. VEP 2 ... etc. .... Does anyone could explain to me how do you mémoir kept in a template name cubase records intruments. Thank you very much :)

    not entirely sure I understand you but, reopening a metaframe does not provide the viframes which populate it with their names as saved on that level. what I do if I need that is to give the metaframes more descriptive names.

    but what I do more generally to provide myself with some clue is to name the metaframe "1", which is going to correspond with slot 1 in Cubase vst rack and this distinction belongs with a certain part of the orchestra... "1" for me = percussion and miscellanenous, "3" if present will be winds and brass, etc.
