After ordering and paying for an upgrade to MIR Pro yesterday I didn't receive an activation code. I immediately contacted Support and all I got back was an email stating that they received my email. Almost 24 hours have passed now and I would really like to use my new software :-(

We're trying hard to answer every email within 24 hours, usually quicker. However with public holidays, like yesterday (1st of May), short delays are possible.
I've now answered your email, please check your mailbox, you've just received your Vienna MIR PRO upgrade. :-)
