    I find a page with downloads for pdf manuals, but not the actual software, am I an idiot?

    Hi pat brooks,

    The Download Manager is in your User Area, where you can download your purchased Download Instrument.

    Please make sure that you are logged in and follow the instructions on top of the page!

    There´s also a more detailed Download Manager Manual available....
