Just bought VI Pro 2... didn't realize that it now loads all the patches into Logic's RAM instead of VSL server's. This means I top out at about 20 instances with only one patch per instance. Do I need to get a 64 bit version of Logic and switch to Snow Leopard in order to un-handcuff myself here? Is this the cost of not having to click "open instrument" in every AU to modify parameters?
