    It's strange that after I installed VI Pro demo, the preset in VI disappear. I purchased the whole special edition library, but no only special edition plus preset can be seen in VI under "patch assign" menu. When I press "preset select" button in VI, it is all empty. The VI pro does run well. But before I install VI Pro demo, everything is fine in VI. It is very annoying. Could someone help please ? Thank you so much.

    Please send some screenshots of your Directory Manager, the sample content location (in Explorer/Finder), your eLCC with the key connected and some VI / VI PRO Views that illustrate your situation to .

    It doesn´t hurt to include your OS and some specs of your computer [;)]
