    Hi,

    - I accidentally downloaded two licences to the wrong dongle, but I can´t drag them over to the other one from within eLicence.. I have tried both from the dongle itselt and from the list of all licences.

    Any ideas?

    ... the ones I am trying to move is:  Woodwind I - Woodwind II  - Brass I

    Has it to do with these being Collection Licenses?

    Hi skram, 

    The licenses do not matter. 

    Are you using the latest eLCC? Do you get any error messages?

    You can always send some screenshots to , so we can see what you see.

    no, there´s no error message, I have the latest version and have performed Maintenance task with no problems reported. Not much to send you then really..

    Please just send me the screenshot or at least the key numbers, so that I can check what´s going on. 

    Any NFR-Keys or anything special involved? As you see, it makes sense to discuss this via email.

    Please make sure no application relying on the eLCC is running, before you attempt to transfer the licenses!
