    Any ideas? Open file and Vienna starts to load then just hangs. After multiple tries the file does load and runs well. Plenty of RAM available. Is this possibly an eLicensor issue? The extended library is running on the demo license. Thanks for your help.

    Further attempts are successful on the first try only after I re-authorize the key.....even though 30 days or 30 starts are available. I guess I answered my own post. Is this something others have had to deal with?
