    I am running Digital Performer on a Mac power PC. I upgraded to DP7 and upgraded the OS to Leopard 10.5.8. After I did these upgrades, my Viennakey is not being recognized. Do I need to get another one, or is there something else I am supposed to do?

    Hi Anselm,

    have you already tried to update the dongle's software, too (using the eLicenser Control Center)?

    I downloaded the latest software for the eLicenser, but I do not know what to do to update the software for the key. I guess I don't have the number to enter into the eLCC... not really sure what to do.
