     Yes, it certainly does,  I use it on Windows XP Pro (SP3) 32-bit

    Welcome Romik,

    as Andijh pointed out correctly, Vienna Suite plugins will work with 32 bit as well as with 64 bit operating systems. - And just in case that this wasn't the question: The internal precision of the the algorithms is full 64 bit.
