    As the title says, each time i start up VEP5, MIRPRO wich i do not own, eats up authorisation counts on my e-licenser. Is there a way to prevent this?

    At this point this can't be prevented. However you can always reset the authorization count in the eLicenser Control Center until the trial period has actually ended.
