    Hi all, I have recently gotten VE PRO 5 and while its fantastic i think i'm not using it to its full capabilities and would love some insight into a few questions. System is a Mac Pro Quad Core 10.6, 32 gb RAM, Logic Pro (latest Version) 64-bit I am running VE PRO on the same machine to use all the cores. as logic assigns a track to a specific core and can overload when using EW hollywood Strings. My Questions and issues are. 1. I have 1 instance of play with several string patched loaded and being out put on different midi channels and outputs through VE PRO. When i load up the session, it seems to take a few play throughs before all the samples from PLAY (housed in VE PRO) start to play, is there any reason for this? 2. i am confused by the save structure and wonder if any fellow logic users have worked this out. what do i need to save each time i close logic? the VE PRO session (large window) or the smaller windows "metadata"? will one way allow me to open a logic session and then once i load for example the meta data, will it load in all the samples i used for that particular session? 3. i get some pop's and clicks when running a very heavy session, and as stated above it takes a while before the samples actually start playing on heavy arrangements? I am using mainly EW PLAY Hollywood Strings and Hollywood Brass. these samples are in a 2TB G-Raid FW drive connected directly to my Mac Pro I've spent a lot getting these sounds in and would love to have it working well, i think VE PRO is the solution to this, but am i missing something here? thanks for all the help chaps!

    I would like to chime in and also request some additional documentation/explanation.

    I have the Exact same set-up as the OP and am trying to use HS and HB, and running into unsurmountable problems, and very little place to turn for clear guidance and instructions on how to set everything up.
