  • Mixing Vienna instruments on Logic

Hello everyone! I recently purchased Vienna Symphonic Library and I have a question. Is it possible to use Vienna ensemble but control the mixing faders and do all the effects on Logic separately for each instrument? I mean using not a multitimbral instrument on Logic but several different ones. I tried to load separately Vienna instruments on each Logic channel but then you end up with lots of Vienna windows on the desktop difficult to handle... Thank you very much in advance

  • You must add a transformer in Logic to convert CC 7 to CC11

  • One of Logic's most powerful features is Screensets, but many folks don't make full use of it.

You can have your main work windows set up in screenset 1 for example. Then you could have a small arrange window in screenset 2, with lots of Vienna Instruments windows open. Screenset 3 could have a large score window and screenset 4 could have your audio bin and other windows open.

Then, by simply typing one number, you can quickly change between screensets. All your windows stay open, and you can reach them all very quickly.

  • Sorry, screenset will not help this guy.

The only way is to convert cc7 to cc11
