     In VE Pro plug ins, I have Vienna Imperial x64 shown under "Toolkit" and also under "VST",  But what is the difference between a toolkit plug in and a VST one?  And which one should I be using, seeing that Vienna Imperial appears in both places?

    You should be using the Toolkit one. The VST version will not be selectable from the next version of VE Pro 5 onwards (projects that use the VST version will still load of course). The Toolkit one will provide additional integration with the next version of VE Pro 5 in terms of master tuning and with MIR Pro in terms of Instrument Profile guessing and automatic disabling of its reverb.
