Hi all,
I recently moved across town and changed my ISP and hardware router. After rebuilding my rig i've been unable to connect VE Pro from my slave Mac Pro to my master Mac Pro. I'm using Abyssoft Teleport to control both towers with the same mouse and keyboard via ethernet connection but old projects don't trigger the server to start loading. I also can't open an instance in a new project and have it register a connection to the slave.
I've updated Snow Leopard on both Macs as well as Logic which i'm using as my sequencer. I'm also unable to share my internet connection from my master to my slave as I had previously been able to do.
I'm inclined to think that the same demons preventing my internet sharing are stopping VE Pro from talking to the slave tower. Has anyone else encountered this? Is it an OSX, Logic, or ISP issue?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Cyril, I'm with you up till step 8, but I still can't connect the two computers. With the server running on the master, I can load up the empty template that was built on the slave but without having the instruments connecting on the slave it doesn't really help. Any other thoughts?

Solved, surprisingly by going through a router instead of direct connect. Whatever works.
