Performance legato stops before the midi stops

Hi 

My problems is that sometimes my ex. violin performance legato stops before the midi stops if I have assigned the same note one after the other and the last note is long. Why is that and what can I do to fix this?

I running Vienna Instruments on MAC

The note runs out because that was the length that it was recorded (and it isn't looped). To "fix" it, just re-trigger then note, in the same way as a violinist would change the bow.

Ok - but if I only trigger on note it can sustained as long as I would like. The sample seems to loop but if I trigger the same note twice it won't loop - i still don't understand

Hello Jesper, 

The first note is a "normal" sustained note, that was easy to loop. 

The legato notes (up to 24 notes for each note on the keyboard) are not that long and were impossible to loop.
