    I've reformatted my Macbook Pro and need to redownload and install VE Pro.

    Originally I bought VE Pro 4 then bought the upgrade to VE Pro 5 so what is the best way to download -  Must I download the VE Pro 'trial' then enter my activation code, then download and install VE Pro 5 trial and enter activation code I got from my email when I purchased?   Or Can I just bypass version 4 and install 5?

    You should just install the eLicenser Control Center and activate the VE Pro 5 license there. Then simply download and install VE Pro 5. There is no separate download for the trial or full license, the application will adapt to whatever license is available on your eLicenser.
