i would like to know the ranges.

Can you keep some " rights" ?
Is it a Copyright sell ?
It is for a Game AND a movie for all destinations ?

It is very hard to answer about the price without any informations [:)]

i don't know haw can i keep the "rights" can you describe the possibilities ?

It's a small action game (fast orchestral music) 20 miunutes of music and will be sold on a cheap price in the whole world.

company is small but they already sold this game to publisher.

There is many ways to start a discussion with your production.
First of all, everything must be define ( timing/sounds/mix/world distribution/music for a CD after the game etc...)
if you are the Producer of the soundTrack or not ?
if you can have royalties on the sells ?
