    Sorry to take up space here...

    I bought a DVD Library within the Special Offer period. Apparently I'm supposed to email sales[at] and state what free Download item I want for free.

    I've sent 2 emails and had no replies.

    Someone from VSL....please help!

    When did you send your mails, and who did you send it to? I couldnĀ“t find any mails from your registered emails in our ticket system. 

    If this was within the last 48 hours, please have a little patience. ItĀ“s really busy with all the new products in the beta process.

  • I had the same problem with the 'sales' addy---no reply. When I re-sent to 'support' I got a reply (and my FREE licences) back so fast I thought Paul was in the next room just waiting to pounce.

    Thanks for your fast response. I sent the first e-mail on 3 October so it is over 48 hours. I'll re-send and I'll copy the mail to support as suggested above.

    And yes - VSL is always fast to repond - that's why I was worried my mail got lost or went into a junk mail folder.
