    Hi all

    Running VE PRO 4.1.8008 on 3 machines -  1 master + 2 slaves

    All 3 machines have mb's with gigabit LAN, but I'm using a 10/100 switch.

    Would a gigabit switch improve my latency?

    You need a gigabit switch to run at gigabit speeds. Otherwise your performance (number of tracks, latency) in VEPro will be severely affected.
