Thanks Paul! Yes VE. I'm researching purchasing VE Pro to run Ivory on my other Mac while I orchestrate on my main computer. My concern in reading about VE Pro is that it sounds like Latency maybe an issue for me with VE Pro. From what I've read it's not recommended to run VE at a value of None but run at either 1 or 2 which increases buffer settings by a factor of 1 or 2.
In seeing what I'm doing above will I not be able to run at 0? I really like playing a piano at 128K buffer. Both Mac's are Dual core Duo Macbook Pro's.
Would appreciate your thoughts?
Thanks!
Dave
Hi Dave,
Give it a try with the free demo license, available here (click "try")...
I don´t think it will be a problem, but it might also depend on how wild you play your piano.
While we´re at it: You should definitely check out the Vienna Imperial (up to 100 Velocity layers, up to 1200 samples for each key....)
Best,
Paul
If you do not need to have an Internet access
an ethernet cable will do the job
If not
If your router is having 2 or more entries
you connect the 2 x MB to the router
If not
you need to buy an Ethernet switch
end if
end if
Voilà ;)
