Registration stalled by ASP error

Have just received Vienna Special Edition as a slightly early 18th birthday present (delighted!) but although I've successfully managed to install the key and register it's license number the website is now refusing to let me go on to the next step and register the code inside the Special Edition box. I can input the four groups of numbers but clicking on the registration button simply takes me to an ASP Error page. Any idea what I can do next? Very frustrating as I need it to work on an A Level project this week. Many thanks!

Hello. Finally recieved my copy of VSL SE, and registered the ViennaKey. However, once I've entered in the serial number into the form on the Product Registration tab, and hit Register, I get a Page Cannot Be Displayed error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

we apologize for the inconvenience - the error has been caused by a very silly mistake during reprogramming but has been fixed meanwhile.

please revisit the library registration page now

Each registration will face many problems, especially the English major English-language site registration do not know how to do a lot of problems, I think it shows the screen for me!
