just looked a bit at VIP ... the time stretching seems nice, but how about a time manipulation according to a time curve? (In case it is not clear what I mean, having the ability to speed up and slow down samples ...)
Personally I think that would be the really interesting part when it cames to time stretching samples. (of course, real time would be even cooler, but I do not expect it to happen anytime soon)
