    Hi all, Well, about to install my Vienna SE (finally!) which arrived today but I have no idea where to find the product key for the Extended bit as purchased through here... Nothing by email and, of course, nothing in the box other than the standard product key in the base. Any tips on where I can find the Extended key much appreciated. There are a couple of instruments in the extended library that I am going to need quite quickly... Thanks in advance.

    And welcome to our forum!

    I'm sorry to hear of this issue - having taken a look into our database, I discovered that our distributor Best Service, who processed your order, unfortunately oversaw to include the certificate with the serial number for the Extended Library with the package they sent you.

    They have now sent it via email to your registered email address.

    I hope you can excuse the inconvenience this issue may have caused.
