    I have got the Special Edition PLUS - Strings + Special Edition
    Is there a way to buy individual ARTICULATION More like: Long détaché with vibrato
    Sustained with vibrato
    Or I have to buy the Solo Strings Bundle DVD?

    You have a couple of options.  You could buy either the DVD collections, or individual download instruments (the downloads do not include strings).  You cannot buy individual articulations.  As you know, articulations are divided into two groups: the primary ones (standard library) and important, but not primary (extended library).
