    I just updated my Logic Pro software to the latest version and I'm about to load in a composition I was working on a few days ago and I got this message:

    eLicenser Controll Message

    The license for application "Special Edition Plus L2" will expire soon.

    Number of application starts left 25

    _____________________________________________________

    I bought and installed the SE and SE Plus library 2 years ago, installed several Logic updates ever since and never had any problems with it.  What can I do?

    Hello Felix, 

    You have registered the Special Edition Standard & Extended Library as well as the Special Edition PLUS Standard Library. 

    Your demo licenses on your key are obviously about to expire, and you cannot access the SE PLUS Extended Library anymore after that.

    I have just sent a demo license for your SE PLUS Extended Library, so that you can evaluate it for the next 30 days.

    I must have unknowingly downloaded a demo version of the SE Plus extended library.  Is it possible that this could have happened when I was updating my Vienna instruments pro software recently?

    Hello Felix, 

    Are you referring to the demo license I sent you? 

    A Software Update only gives you the updates of the corresponding software.

    Hello Paul,

    I was just wondering, because I don't think I have actually downloaded the SE Plus extended Library, why my Mac responded with a demo license expiration message.  But that's not a big deal.

    SE Plus extended is second on my list of updates at the moment.  I just ordered Vienna Ensemble Pro and I will probably have many questions here in the forum soon.

    Hello Felix, 

    With DVD products, you are always installing the Standard Library and the Extended Library in one run. This way you have the Extendd Library available right away.

    Hi, I have bought Vienna Special Edition and Special Edition plus some months ago. Suddenly the license turned to DEMO and will expire. What should I do? Best Charles Holeg Rapeneau

    Hello Holeg,

    You have registered the Standard Libraries for your Special Editions in January 2011. It seems like the 180 demo starts that used to be on the ViennaKeys are about to expire, which will make the Extended Library instruments disappear (all instruments that are labeled with a small "L2" after their name, here is an overview of instruments in Standard/Extended Library, just scroll down).

    You can purchase permanent licenses for your Extended Libraries in our webshop anytime!
