VIENNA LIBRARY NO LONGER LOADS IN VIENNA INSTRUMENTS PRO.

Here are the things I have: Vienna Special Edition and Vienna Strings Plus, as well as licenses for Vienna Instruments Pro. When I load the Vienna Instruments Pro Player as both a plugin and standalone, The only patches that show up are my Vienna Strings Plus, not my Special Edition patches. I never had this problem before. All of a sudden, it's gone. I have ALL the available updates for e-licenser as well as Vienna Instruments. When I try to install the library again with the Vienna Instruments Library Installer, It just keeps "unexpectedly quits".. So I can't even reinstall the library as tedious as that is, even though It's still on my hard drive as well... I'm lost for words, and theres no support to contact. I have a very important project approaching and I need for this to be resolved A.S.A.P.-- I want my library back.. Please help, Scott

Does the license for Special Edition show up in the eLicenser Control Manager?

I had this happen once. Reinstalls, etc. nothing worked. Then I thought to uninstall everything, delete all registry entries (Windows), files and folders in the appdata folder, etc- essentially every trace of VSL on my computer. I reinstalled, and it worked. hopefully my sollution may help you.

Hello Scott,

Please open the "Directory Manager" you find in your Vienna Instruments / Vienna Ensemble Application (Mac) or Programs (PC) Folder.

Remove all entries and assign the sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.
