    Hi there,

    I just started my first project with ViP and encountered a problem:

    When loading a Matrix to a new ViP Logic just goes down. There are already five instances of ViP in use.

    Using an iMac i7 Os10.6.8 with 16gb ram and latest ViP build 8008.

    The crash starts when around 2gb ram is used by logic. Used much more with VI and never had a crash. According to the system there should be more than 11gb ram still unused.

    I simply have the feeling that I miss something easy... any idea?

     Found the answer!

    You have to switch Logic from 32bit to 64 bit. To to so right-mouse-click on the logic icon, select "information" and deselect 32bit start.
