Vienna Instrument Files Not Found
Hi everyone, I am trying to use Vienna Instruments in VE Pro. I have dropped and dragged the SE Woodwinds and SE Woodwinds extended folders into the Directory Manager (both folders contain .dat files). When I open up a Vienna Instrument in VE Pro, I see on the right a red X with "(empty preset)" and a folder with "/Kongakt Default Samples". I'm not sure what Kongakt is, or what I'm doing wrong. The left-hand side of the instrument shows all of the installed licenses like I would expect. I've tried restarting the computer and removing and replacing the Directory Manager libraries. I have updated both to the latest versions (4.1.80008) and have the latest eLC (6.3.1066). I've researched some of the related threads in this forum, but am not sure where to start troubleshooting this issue. Thanks for your help!

Hello silverah,
Please try the following:
Launch your Directory Manager and "remove" all folders.
Open your Finder / Explorer and drag the sample content folders on top of the Directory Manager.
For safety, please restart your computer. We have updated the copy protection, so all parts (protection software and the protected software) need to be updated! After this, please restart your computer, and everything should work just fine!
Here is a video that shows "How to use the Directory Manager".
Best,
Paul

Hello silverah,
Please contact with some more details about your system (mainly your OS) and more details about the error messages, with a reference to this thread.
Maybe you want to include the metaframe as well, and tell us what changed in your setup apart from the software update of VE PRO (which version did you use before?).
The more information, the better!
Thanks,
Paul
