    Sorry for asking a stupid question, but could someone tell me what is the controller needed to use the middle pedal of the piano.

    I found 64 for the left one and 67 for the right one (una corda), but nothing about the middle one.

     I'm not sure if sostenuto is a standard MIDI spec, but I know that Kawai use MIDI CC 66 for the sostenuto

    Yes, that's it - 64, 66 and 67 from right to left.
