Finale 2011 - Human Playback Preferences Error

Hey guys, my first post here. I just purchased and installed VSL Special Edition. I'm attempting to use it with Finale 2011 but I'm getting an error when I try to import the HPP. I've attached an image of the error. After I click OK on the error, it says "File is Corrupt or Bad Format". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello John and welcome to the forum!

The filename displayed in your errormessage looks odd.
Can you take a look at the filename? It should be called "F2009+VSL-SE_HumanPlayback.MUS". Maybe something happened during downloading or extracting the file. In this case downloading it again should help.

Thanks Andi. I've tried re-downloading, same problem every time. Any thoughts?

OK, I deleted the download, restarted my comp, re-downloaded, and it worked. Sorry for the trouble. Who knows what was going on, but it works now. Thanks again for the quick response :)
