    Hey guys, I don't seem to have any "+" samples with Chamber Strings with SEE+. Is that normal? I'd like a quiet section relative to Orchestral Strings (smaller room, more intimate etc.) and Orchestral Strings have "+" matrices, but I don't see any "+" for Chamber. Is that normal?

    If it's not included, how would you recommend I get the "+" sections of the chamber instruments? Or am I just blind...?

    Just looked at the manual online, something is up, as there should definitely be Plus articulations for the Chamber strings. I'm thinking it didn't install properly or something, will have to figure this out when I get home[I]

     Hi Shawn,

    I don't see any "Special Edition PLUS Extended Library" registration on your account (you only have the "PLUS Standard" registered).

    The missing additional articulations for the Chamber Strings are part of this Extended library.

    I can see that the "SE PLUS Extended Library" was ordered via Ilio last month together with Solo Strings Extended.

    The Solo Strings Extended are registered. Could it be that you just have forgotten to register the SE PLUS Extended?

    Thanks Herb. Just checking what I received "VSL Confirmation Order" emails for:

    Piccolo Full Library

    Solo Strings I Standard Library

    Solo Strings II Standard Library

    Vienna Dimension Brass Standard Library

    Special Edition PLUS Standard Library

    Special Edition Extended Library

    ...and of course VEP and VIP. Nothing re: SE Extended Plus. Also on my user page, it seems the "Extended Library" column only shows SE, not Plus.

    I don't think it's something I can solve on this end, as it seems I've deleted or lost the email, or somehow it wasn't sent. Is it possible to resend the email, please and thank you?

     edit: Brain fart, it's probably in the box and I'll need to enter it into eLicenser. I think, not at my DAW.

    I need a vacation lol.

     Extended Licenses are not placed in the boxes. You should have recieved a certificate with the codes from ILIO.

    We'll also check this issue with ILIO.

     OK thanks Herb. I just did a search of my inbox for "special edition plus extended" and all that is there is purchase confirmation/receipt from ilio.

    It's possible I deleted it; if so I apologize.

     I'm SO sorry. That order email from ilio HAS an attachment and includes SE Plus Extended, Solo Strings I and II Extended serial numbers.

    I don't think I ever noticed this before, and as I'm just finishing the build of my VEP computer, it makes sense that I wouldn't have even noticed until now.
