     I have two Win7 x64 monster machines hooked to each other, but the LAN connection isn't streaming smoothly. I have dropouts, despite tweaking the buffers on the sound card, etc.

    something isn't right in the LAN connection. Would someone explain step by step how to do this?

    I have heard that a static IP address is needed, how to do that? Should I use a 'workgroup connection"?

    The VE Pro server is "working", but not as well as it should.
