Hi
I purchased Esemble Pro. When I go to the Epic Orchestra page in the web site there is no option to download. I gather there is a step I'm missing? I looked for a registration number but didn't find it. Maybe there isn't one.
Thanks
MIke

I just got off the phone with Ilio and they confirmed that the link is broken. Dont know if support reads these forums on a daily basis so I guess I'll send them an email.
If anyone has a revelation and discovers the meaning of life or the mystery broken link, that would be great also.
Thanks
Mike
Hi Mike,
Sorry for your hassles, but I can't confirm a broken link here. Checking your acount I don't see any Epic Orchestra license registered there.
That's why you can't see any Epic Orchestra download content.
The Epic Orchestra registration code should be included in your box beside the VE PRO licenses, or if you ordered the download version it should be listed in your confirmation email.
Of coures I'm also curious why ILIO confirms a broken link in that case?
best

(emailed to the server)Well I'll take blame for this. The Epic Orchestra registration was indeed in
the email sent to me by Ilio. There also could have been a communication
breakdown when I spoke with Ilio about this. But in my defense the dude did
direct me to the Epic Orchestra web page with the download manager links and
confirmed that his icon didn't work either. Now I know that the icon is just
an arrow pointing down to the links below.
So I received my authorization code. I also down loaded the down load
manager zip file, uzipped it, opened up the down load manager program and
waited for it to automatically begin but it never did begin to download. So
I'm fully licensed but no Epic Orchestra instruments.
Thanks for getting back to me
Mike
i'd assume you just missed the final step ... the download manager is required to be even able to use it - it manages downloads (you tell him), but it doesn't download anything by its own ...
please find below the steps for downloading any download library having the download manager already installed
Hi CM
This is a lesson for me on how to proceed with the whole VSL family of products that I purchase.
I admit that most times when I receive a new toy the instructions are immediatly pushed to the side to use as my coffee coaster. This will not be the case for these toys. Read slow and read many times will be the norm.
Thanks to all involved
Mike
