    Currrently I listen  to what I'm doing through a pair of EX 29 extrememe isolation headphones plugged directly into my maudio 2496 card. When I'm listening to itunes it is not loud enough. I have the master volume on the sound card to full and the volume in itunes to full.

    What to fo to get the volume louder?

     I had this problem with my Focusrite Sapphire Pro 26, headphones output level at max is still not loud enough. I added a headphone amp, and fed the Focusrite headphone out into the headphone amp input, and had the headphones in the headphone amp output, that did the trick.
