    My computer accidently shut down (it didnt freeze) I was in the middle of installing my Vienna Special edition -actually on 3rd cd with one more to go. Now I have 3 hours of install files on my MAC pro and no idea how to get rid of them and start over. Any suggestions? Should I just start over? Or is there any way to get back to the exact point it was at when the computer got turned off.

    Hi sl1,

    Sorry to hear about this.

    You can go ahead and delete the files, then start the installation again. Unfortunately there is no way to resume the installation.

    Hi Paul. thank you for taking the time to reply. What would you recommend the best way to delete the Vienna files from the MAC? A file at a time- to ame sure they are gone from my hard drive?
