    Hi

    I created setups in a singles cell consisting to two patches. One low range instrument patch (example violin legato) and one high range instruments (example cello legato). I used the volume curves to limit the range of each patch to create a split. Parts of the range of each instrument are inaudible.

    My question, is there a way to make VI Pro load samples for only PART of the range of a patch. In this case, a lot a ram would be saved if the inaudible parts of the violin and the cello could not be loaded.
