     Third time lucky with this post.

    I hadn't used Jazz Drums for a few months and when I tried yesterday the licence seems to have disappeared.

    All my keys etc are up-to-date. Any suggestions as how to rectify this. I got JD when I bought Vienna Suite

    and everything worked perfectly.

    Hello Kanon, 

    You must have worked with a demo license from your ViennaKey back then. 

    I have checked your account and you have never downloaded the permanent license for your Jazz Drums. 

    I have resent your activation code to your registered email address.
