    I'm having difficulty getting my vienna instruments pro standalone, and just the vi pro in cubase as a vst instrument to find my new Epic Horns donwload instrument. However, in Cubase, when I load vi pro as a vst instrument in Vienna ensemble, the martrix and patches in the EHrns download are there.

    I went to the Vienna Instruments pro Directory manager, and the new download instrument appears to be in there. I did a "rescan existing" by clicking on this function, but I still have no result. I'm just not sure what to do next here. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Steve,

    remove the folder from the DM and add it again, then restart your computer.

    Make sure you have ALL latest VSL Software and the latest eLCC installed!!

    If that doesn´t work, contact with more details and screenshots.

    Hi Paul,

    thanks for your reply and advice. I actually did remove the folder from the DM, but, I think the problem may be that I do not have the latest vi pro version, but I am downloading it now. I tried to put the folder back into the download manager, but I am not sure how to do this, as when I clicked on the epic horns folder to copy it, and then opened the window on the DM manager, I could not seem to paste it in there. But, I will wait and see how the updated vi pro works. I just did a download of the cLCC as when I downloaded the licence number, It was not working, therefore I knew I needed to update.

    Well, I will see how I go once the new vi pro version is downloaded and set up.

    Hi Paul,

    great news! - problem fixed - I did not realize how much I was out of date - the latest version fixed the problem and I can now access the  Epic Horns library!
