    I bought and registered my Woodwinds Extended Library (V45-S1DWE-*****-*****) but an issue came up: as I download the *.vsldownload file, the Download Manager claims the file can't be open. It seems that the file extension is not being recognized. I thought of downloading another version of Download Manager, but I can't find it in the place where it should be. Could you help me?     Hi Andrea,

    the latest version of the Download Manager is always available in your User Area. You just need to be logged in.

    Hi Paul, there is no file. Only manuals. The windows is the "Special Edition" one, right? Anyway I checked throughout all the menus: nothing :( Thank you!
