Hi, I'm a new user of VSL.
I recently bought many Download Instruments (taking advantage of the 3+1 offer that ended Sunday). I made sure to buy instruments that had the asterisk in order to get the full version of them. Among the 12 instruments that I bought, I bought the Flugelhorn* and the Trumpet(Bb)* and the Concert Guitar*, but the guitar, differently from the latter, albeit marked with an asterisk, is not completely downloadable:
"You have licensed the Standard Library of this collection already."
Which implies that there is an Extended Library of the Guitar, even thou it's marked with the asterisk, and in the very page of the guitar the following is written:
"* Single Instrument Downloads marked with an asterisk contain full-fledged versions of instruments, offering the complete set of articulations on par with the big Vienna Instruments DVD collections. They can be considered full-featured add-ons to the DVD collections."
Is there a problem with my account? Or was I misleaded?
