  • Is it fate? [ license issue VE pro ]

    Hello,

    I don't know whether it is fate, bad luck, my black moon or wathever, but everytime I purchase new stuff from your site things are going wrong!

    This time there is something with my license. You know, normally when I purchase stuff things just install and run smoothly but now it keeps saying that it can't find a license for my freshly bought Vienna Ensemble Pro. What could I've done wrong?

    I hope you guys can give me some helpful tips?

    p.s. yes, I use the latest e-Licenser

    p.s. 2 I could get a visual of VE-pro in Sibelius but I managed to get a visual of VI-Pro, so I wonder if VE-Pro can run under Sibelius too? I hope so... sigh...

    I cannot find a registration for VE PRO on your account (only an expired demo license from September).

  • never mind... the problem is kinda solved.

    But still, I can't help it to say that I feel unlucky with my purchase... VI-pro... will it load into my existing VE? Nope, well at least not that I mentioned. And after I was trying to load my 16nd instrument for my orchestral setup everything crashed... frustrating!

    So, in short! I don't feel any luck only the lightness of my purse... 125 bucks thrown into what? Crashing software... ai ai, I should have known better...

    Hello Arnold,

    of course you can use VI PRO in Vienna Ensemble!

    Please make sure that you are using the latest eLCC and the latest VSL software, restart your computer and everything will work fine!

    Regarding the crash: Did you overload your system? Which computer are you working on (OS, RAM, software version)?

    It is all clear to me, and working! Thank you!!

    About the crash, that was probably due to a lot of 64bit VI instances? I don't know. But my specs are in my signature (exept for the fact that I have to update that as well... I've got OSX 10.6.7

    And about those great features, that is why I wanted to spend my bucks! Now I hope it'll rock as much as I hoped for!
