The past few months I've been finishing the 3rd edition of our Writing For Strings/Living Music Book training program. We've expanded it to 40 lessons which also covers recording live and sampled strings. All the material is downloadable (which includes both MP3 files, 15 scores PDF'ed and bookmarked and more).

Please note, this is a level 1 course. A level 2 course comes out in Fall 2004, followed by separate courses in writing for brass, woodwinds, and then the full orchestra.
