We just bought VE Pro and it seems very nice. We are using it with Pro Tools HD2, so we are using VEP as an RTAS plug-in, using one instance of VEP 32bit and one instance of VEP 64bit at the moment.
It gets very confusing with VEP calling itself VEP1 channel 1 and VEP2 channel 1 in ProTools/RTAS. The way VEP names its tracks in TRAS get very confusing in a large session. I know when we used to use Reason in ReWire, the actual name of the instrument came up such as NN-XT etc. It would make our workflow SO much easier if VEP would do this and VEP would work much more elegantly for our needs.
Please consider this in your next build.
