issues after upgrading VI Pro to 1.1 8008

Hi,
after upgrading VI Pro to version 1.1 8008 Logic now doesn't behave correctly. L9 stops and gives messages of system overload, while there was no problem just prior to the update.
I also installed 2 downloaded instruments (and had to upgrade VI Pro to install them). Maybe this caused it?
