    Hello,

    I'm wondering how you guys are controlling insert effects via midi in VE-pro. For example, I have a sample guitar running in Kontakt in VE Pro, and added an Amplitube amp sim as in insert effect. I want to control the Wah pedal in Amplitube via my expression foot controller. When I try to midi learn this in Amplitube, nothing happens. 

    It looks like you offer the ability for insert effects to be run as "instruments" (similar to logic) and when I load Amplitube as an audio unit, midi CC's now work. However, unlike Logic I do not see any side chain options for sending my Kontakt guitar's audio into Amplitube! Is this not possible? 

    Also, lets say I'm using Vienna Suites EQ as an insert, and want to draw in automation in Logic for the the EQ gain. How would do I do this?

    Full plugin automation, using VST/AU parameters or MIDI controllers - will be available with the next major VE Pro update.

    AWESOME NEWS!! Any possible estimate on when it might be available? I'm currently working on a song and my continued use of VE-pro for it depends on automating plugins...
