  • VE Pro Remains in Memory after Closing Program

    VE PRo is remaining in the Windows 7 64-bit task manager as a process for about 5 minutes after I close the program.  This was not the case before I replaced VI with VI Pro.

    Should I be concered about this or is it normal?

     Yes, I have had this, I think it is something to do with the way VEpro is closed down.  I have tried to run VE Pro on several occasions, and get an error that it is already running, I just go to the Task Manager and close it down, and run again, all is then OK.

    Also I find when having 64-bit and 32-bit servers running, when Cubase is closed down on the master, the slave PC only shuts down the 64-bit instance, the 32-bit instance stays open, this could be a linked issue?
