    I just loaded the new eLicenser and got my Vienna Choir activated. But when I try to load the library using the Library installer, I get an eLicenser Control-Error application VSL has caused the following error: Unknown exception caught. Process execution failed. Options: click to abort. When I click on Ok to abort, nothing happens and I have to Force Quit the Library installer. Help!

     Does the eLicenser control Centre (I think that's what it's called) recognise the dongle and the licences on it?
