  • Hey lukasz! I like "man at work"...I played roger rabbit on the old game boy when I was younger and it was similar music as yours.I love it.

And in "inner mess" there is a cool sample in there....The notes are playing fast after eachother...it starts at 00:14.... and also at 00:47 and 01:02 and at 01:25.....What is that sound? Where does it come from? Which sample library?
Also, where did you dig up that heavy kick techno drum?

Yeah, and George....Nice rollovers on the piano! [[;)]]

    Kind Regards

Maybe try save as instead of opening and use some other player maybe ?

  • I think you have a great feel for game music. Since I am a game music composer myself I can tell pretty fast. The one thing I would like to point out if I have to, is that I, presonally [[;)]] would like to hear you experiment with a more heavier bass in your music. All of your music has a thorough touch and I can clearly tell it's you that has made all the songs. I think you should try just once to mix in a sort of interesting lower layer in a new song of yours [:)] This is not an order, it's a suggestion, because maybe it could help you broaden your perspective in some way.

I'm working on my page now aswell, and I have to compliment you on the nice design. Work hard, and tirelessly [:D]

And yes, I forgot to say: beautiful websitedesign!!!
Did you do that yourself? Much compliments for that!

I agree that the site looks great, however the orchestral picture is reversed, and this looks rather odd... [*-)]

  • Hi! [[:)]]

introducing myself, my name is Swanyce and I joined the VSL Forum for the first time today. Congratulations for the nice website. I really like your compositions, I guess you are definitely gifted for videogames music (I personally love "Crystal Cave", really nice harmonies) [[:D]] .

Just one little thing (please don't hate me [:(] ) , unfortunately according to the standards in the filmmusic industry, you miss a little higher quality in orchestral sounds for a better and realistic simulation (this was my problem too and probably everybody else here has or have had that problem before). But this is in case you want to write music for movies or tv [[[;)]]] . I know VSL products are sooo expensive [8-)] . I did some sacrifices and at the end I bought the wonderful Opus 1 and other products of the Horizon series. I wish I could afford to buy everything Vienna SL has to offer (The Cube would be my dream)... sound quality is incredible!!!
Don't give up because you are really talented, it just takes some time to collect the money and invest it. [[[;)]]]
Your music is already beautiful as it is... [[:D]]

Yeah i know... but besides the Project X and Y on my website... all music have been composed using only YAMAHA cs2X synth so that's why it sounds so damn crappy [[:(]]
But now i have Halion String edition, waiting for EWQL SO GOLD and EWQL STORMDRUM and VSL OVERDRIVE [[[:)]]] and maybe then my compositions will sounds more real [[[;)]]]

    thanks for listening.
