using VSLSE with Sib6 - string glissandi

Am I right in thinking that VSL sets the pitchbend range to +- 200 cents, and is there any way of resetting this ?

Hello Peter!

Glissando articulations are not included in the Special Edition. I know it's not the same, but you might want to try portamento instead.
Pitchbend settings can be made in the Vienna Instruments/Perform window. The range is limited to a maximum of +/- 200 cents.

I'm sorry to post the same question twice but this seems to be the appropriate thread to post it in: I only see glissandi included in the sample content of the violins for the Orchestral Strings bundle - are there no glissandi for the violas, 'celli, or basses? I am considering upgrading, but cannot justify it if there are limited effects such as no glissandi etc.

Yes, that's correct. Glissandi are only included with the Violins.
