    just a heads-up, this isn't an issue that I will have noticed, but I did update; it's but one layer or sample in one patch, 'concert toms low', apparently. Updating the directory manager according to instructions produced the result of no sound, like the fixed sample or layer is missing. I had to reinstall from the DVD, I was using that very hit in a project.

    that makes plenty of sense, but I had done that just prior to. It isn't an actual issue here btw, I may even prefer the way it sounds to the cleaned up hit.
